Trump transgender military ban: Supreme Court allows enforcement | LiveNOW from FOX

Description
In a Tuesday decision, the Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to proceed with a ban on transgender people in the military. It lifts a lower court order that paused the Pentagon's transgender military ban from taking effect. The executive order, which would require the Defense Department to update its guidance regarding "trans-identifying medical standards for military service" and to "rescind guidance inconsistent with military readiness, was signed by President Donald Trump back in January.
Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson would have denied the administration's appeal and kept the lower court injunction in place.
